I have public Mobile ZTE mobile and want to transfer photos from mobile to my PC or even memory card but does not work

Transfer from camera via usb to pc

I have been trying to transfer photos file from camera to pc for 3+ hours, no luck yet. On old pc, works fine, on Windows 7, 64 bit, no go -- at all. This is truly poor..
