where's the help?

Can't believe I wasted a couple of hrs going through all the different lessons. Told me nothing. Then when I tried sharing thru Snapfish, it let me select group contacts and then gave no tab to hit to download the contacts, etc.
Also. lessons were worthless..did NOT explain how to do anything.
