HP Quickweb disillusion
Date:October 14, 2010
HP Quickweb doesn't support all keyboard input languages and layouts. The Music Player isn't very userfriendly and very basic. For example it doesn't display your songs in one whole list, but only for example the subfolders within your music directory. You'll first need to create a playlist to play not only the song(s) in one subfolder. Not very handy. Skype and the chatprograms are also minimalistic. HP Quickweb doesn't support filesharing through your or someone else's network. Relatively no gain in time, it's better to start windows immediately and have full use of your own userfriendly software for music, chat, e-mail and so on.
I can't find any added value in relation to this software. Therefore it deserves 0 points (stars). For me a very big disillusion!

Not really use full
Date:October 10, 2010
Splashtop or Hp Quickweb is not really useful because with a SSD disk and Windows 7 my Envy laptop starts almost as fast as quickweb. Besides splashtop/quickweb does not work without the hard disks installed ie. the added potential power save and weight save is no where in sight. Ad to that, the touch pad and display resolution cannot be properly configured, just to mention a few.
