Quickweb will not allow me to Access Gmail although it displays my Gmail account. Also I ripped Music albums and they will not transfer to the QuickWeb page for easy access

Scanty info...very discouraging:does quickweb operate properly with Verizon as internet service provider????
Any sdd'l software required to/for HP-Q.Web?
Are there extra charges from HP?
C'mon lets anticipate some super simple questions,no-brainers,even.

This software is great on my hp netbook for web browsing, it is very fast. This software is much fater that booting up the windows 7 starter os. Would defenetly recomend, great job Hp.
