The quality of the pictures printed on the printer are fantastic. I thought my old printer was good, but this is awesome! I highly recommend this printer.

wireless network monster

I'm a computer professional and purchased this printer because of it's promise of ease of wireless networking and IPhone connection. I was extremely disappointed with the countless loss of the network. I tried everything that HP told me I even left the USB connected. Every time I shutdown my computer the printer lost the wireless network. I have other prints attached to the same network. As I said I am Network certified and trouble shot everything I could try. Finally I spoke to a HP Senior Tech and he confirmed that there was a problem that was inherent in that and other similar models. On the plus side the printing of photographs were fantastic and the copy and scanning to the computer were flawless.
