I am still a novice with most pc lingo. I was looking for information to explain about WiFi and how it works. I have a HP Laptop (which Im thrilled with!) so I checked the HP Store for info. Lo and behold, HP had just the information I was searching for (& couldn't find anywhere else- especially in everyday laymans understandable terms!) I am EXTREMELY thankful for the info and help that HP has provided. I have only praise for the craftmanship of my HP laptop! I shall return to this HP site more often now that I've found how easy and informative it is!!! Thank you HP!!!!
I have not made a purchase yet. Technology is moving so fast that I cannot keep up. I am a retired telephone manager who cannot afford to make a purchase that is not user friendly. Your explanation has made it very easy for me to understand. I always take the time to read and compare products but I get lost with all the jargon and terms that I do not know. When I retired broadband was use for transmitting high speed data and wireless was new. This is a great help. This info should be given to you when you are about to make a purchase. Thanks.
