I am a bit confused as to why the instructions say to delete unused programs rather than to uninstall them. Also, there's no guidance about which ones should not be uninstalled because they control internal or critical functions

The article was very helpful. In addition to creating folders on your desktop, you can partition your hard drive and use the partitions for specific types of applications or folder storage.

Organizing files in the folder tree

I have folders' tree in my documents and a new file I put directly into due place.When I get a PDF file from internet I act in the same way. But it has happened that I have saved the files of the same nature in different folders.Reading your article I realize that it is good to save the files first in the desktop and afterwise to organize them in the folder tree.Thank you
