"This machine, as majority of HP printers, is very reliable and solid printer. May not be the fastest printer in the world, but when it comes to clearing jammed paper or replacing toners, everything goes easy and fast."

"Good, clear, printed output, BUT, slow first copy, noisy, very inconvenient paper discharge (can hardly get my hand in there to retrieve the printed pages), inability to reduce/enlarge to fit exactly (only 3 settings each direction), limited paper capacity, inferior ADF (jams with some regularity). We bought the HP M5035x in January, but would love to return it and purchase a comparable Canon or Sharp model."

"Machine is very slow. Has Stand-By feature that makes waiting for papers to print a headache when not in CONTINUOUS use. Definitely not for an office with large volume of print/copy where something is needed quickly."
