"Never any problems over 5 years. Colours accurate and rarely needs any adjustment. Unlike my Epson Maxart which has never worked properly."

"A superb printer. Cannot fault it. Works every time with rarely needed, but very good on-line cleaning, profiles and support.
My only gripe is that it is a little over sensitive to paper mis-alignment, but this does prevent the paper edges getting roughened-up on feed-through.
I have urged many colleague to switch to HP printers and none has regretted the change."

"I have had this printer for 6 years. It does wear out rollers, but the new rollers are better quality. It keeps on going and producing great bw and color. It is a real work hourse. Fine art heavy paper could be a problem above 280gm, but I have done canvas from Canson and BC paper. It is a printer that you can depend upon. Foto 1"

"Print alot of posters with this unit for years. It's perfect if you know how to use it correctly with the correct printing programs."

Terrible Printer
Date:March 13, 2012
"We've had this printer for about 6 years and it is just terrible. Never did work properly, and we have constant issues with printheads failing, colour cartridges failing and it not receiving work sent to it. The paper take-up doesn't always take up properly and I find myself having to manually feed the paper in, and it has to be "just so" or the printer will spit it back out again.
Useless waste of money. If I could have given no stars I would...."
