"i have gone from a bjc 5500 to this very awesome machine. i did have some install issues due to my own personal time pressures resulting in having to install it myself, but after the very helpful staff at hp i had it running, basically rebooting sorts it, including the rear panel if you are not using a roll, but a tray front load like me. i really like it and reccommend bigtime! Colour is awesome, photo's and drawings with colour that i never anticipated using but the quality is so good i am now going the colour way. my bjc 5500 only printed black by my choice - this hp is awesome."
